Orders & Payment

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. Customers in Canada will be charged provincial tax rates based on location. Online orders may be executed with real-time credit card processing.

Returns Policy

Items that are eligible for a refund need to be requested within 35 days of the order being fulfilled. Please refer to the item description for additional eligibility exceptions. The cost of shipping the item back to the warehouse will be the responsibility of the purchaser, however, if an item is defective or was damaged during shipping. Please contact our support team  to discuss the shipment and a resolution.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled by the warehouse, it may be eligible to be canceled for a full refund. Please reach out to our support team to make these arrangements.

Returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, and unused. If the item received back is not in these conditions, the refund will not be processed. 

Due to the logistics of international shipping we are not able to offer returns for orders that were delivered outside of the USA or Canada.

Items that have been marked as Final Sale are ineligible for returns. Conquera Items, Pride Collections, and Umbra Operator Earrings are also non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on our merchandise. Please utilize the sizing chart before making your purchase. If you have any questions regarding our products please reach out to our support team.
