True Master Merch FAQ

What is True Master Merchandise?

True Master Merchandise are exclusive items available to purchase on the Warfarme Merch Store for players that have achieved True Master status. Legendary Rank 1 and Legendary Rank 2 players are also eligible to unlock and purchase these items. Purchases of True Master Merchandise are limited to one of each item per account.

Who is eligible to unlock True Master Merchandise?

To unlock True Master merch, players must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be Mastery Rank 30, Legendary Rank 1, or Legendary Rank 2
  • Have a validated email linked to their Warframe account

How do I unlock True Master Merchandise?

For PC Players:

  1. Login to your Warfarme account by clicking the LOGIN icon. See image below.
  2. You will be redirected to the Warframe login page.
  3. Once you login, you will be redirected to Warframe Merch Store.
  4. Click the LOGIN icon again and it will automatically refresh the store page.
  5. Click the Unlockable item you would like to order and the Add to Cart button will appear.
  6. Add the item to your cart and continue with checkout.

NOTE: It may take a little time for the Add to Cart button to appear. Make sure to refresh the store page by clicking the LOGIN icon. If the issue still persists, please contact our Merch Customer Service here. 

For Console Players:

  1. Login to your Warfarme account by clicking the person icon. See image below.
  2. You will be redirected to the Warframe login page.
  3. Choose your console linked to your account and continue to login.
  4. You may be prompted to add your email to your Warframe account. If this happens, please refer to the next section for assistance.
  5. Once you login, you will be redirected to Warframe Merch Store.
  6. Click the person icon again to do mini-refresh of the store.
  7. Click the Unlockable item you would like to order and continue with checkout.

As a console player, how do I add my email to my Warframe account?

  • Login to warframe.com with your console account.
  • Go to account management.
  • Under User Information, you will see the section: Add Email Address
  • Enter your preferred email Address to receive Warfarme communications
  • Check the inbox of the designated email address for a confirmation email.
  • Click on the link in the email, and you are finished!

NOTE: Please check all e-mail folders, including spam and promotions for your confirmation email. If your confirmation email is still missing, please contact our Merch Customer Support here.

Is there a limit to how many True Master Merchandise items I can buy?

It is limited to ONE purchase of each item per account. You can order one True Master Pin AND one True Master T-shirt of your preferred size.

I’m on the product page of a True Master Merch item, and the Add to Cart button is grayed out. Is this normal?

This only happens if:

  1. You have the True Master Merch item in your cart and have not yet purchased it.
  2. You have purchased this item previously. Please see the previous question about purchase limits.

Is True Master Merchandise refundable?

These items are refundable; however, it is a one-time only purchase. Once it is refunded, you will not be able to re-purchase the items at a later date.

I picked the wrong shirt size! Can I exchange it?

How long is the purchase period for True Master Merchandise? 

Currently, there is no purchasing period end date. It is possible for items to sell out; however, we plan to do re-orders in the future.
